Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 – New King James Version
I am simply amazed that we are in the glorious year of 2015. Where did the time go? Looking back tells me what a phenomenal year 2014 truly was! I won’t list all the bad cause there has been so much good! The bad actually made me and my children better people. God truly turned it around. I have learned that whatever my lot – it is well with my soul!
I want to thank each of you for supporting my writings and giving me invaluable feedback. Most of all I am grateful for your prayers and your presence in my life as we journey together.
I do have a few wishes that I have for you as we travel into 2015. Some of you may have thought certain troubles would be over since it’s a new year. But we found out that the enemy of our souls has to do something to sidetrack us and the problems may seem overwhelming.
Guess what? Our God came right on with us into this new year and He is more than able to carry us through whatever we face. In fact, He was already here because He knows the end from the beginning and has already provided our every need! I am excited about what He will do in this year of change.
As we move forward, I wanted to remind you to do the following. We get busy with this thing called life and sometimes forget what is really important. So these are my wishes for you and me!
- Settle any disputes or grudges you may have in your heart towards someone. Even if you cannot talk to them, let it go and forgive. Make peace where possible. Unclutter your spirit so that God’s love can flow through you.
- Spend more time with family and friends. Take that trip you keep planning and putting off to see someone you love. Sharing yourself is the most precious gift you can give. People just want time to laugh together and create lasting memories. Even with little or no money, a grand time can be had!
- Remember to take some time to for yourself away from the crowd. Do something special for yourself to take care of you! You are important too and need to rest and be healthy so you can fulfill your purpose in God.
- Lastly, but most importantly, I wish us all to have a relationship so close to God that NOTHING the enemy throws our way will cause us to even blink in distress because we know God has already taken care of it – that is called increased faith!
I pray you have a year of change that will put you right where you need to be. Challenge yourself in ways you have never done before. Trust God in all things and watch what He does to show you His endless provision and power! I am in awe as I think about the possibilities available to me as I continue to depend on Him! My wish for you is to have an encounter with God that will leave you with no doubt that you are so very loved!
Thank you again for just being you!
Until Next Time……
